Exchanges

We hope that you’ll fall in love with your Penny Preville treasures. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return or exchange, message us right away.

Request a return via email

 If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, Click “Request a Return” below or message us via our Contact Us page. Our in house team will assess whether the request is eligible for a return.

Please note: special order and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Worn or used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless it is deemed as defective.

Gifted items: gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Cash refunds are not available for returns made at retailer locations. Please request merchandise credit via the button below.

Prepare your return

All returns must be in their original packaging. Please enclose the sales receipt (or a copy) with the returned item that accompanied the original shipment. Please note your purchase will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange without the Penny Preville security tag affixed in the manner in which it was received.

Receive your refund

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your returned order for your refund or exchange to be processed. You may check on the status of your refund by logging into your Account with us and clicking “Order History.”

Exchanges

We process exchanges by first returning your initial order, and then placing a new order on your behalf. To qualify for an exchange, please initiate your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order and request an exchange via Step 1: Request a return via email. Each of our designs feature unique stones and are made to order, so we need to re-edit the order and process payment again. Include your exchange details in your return message (i.e. request a new size or metal color).
