Most of our Penny Preville pieces are handmade and may take up to 3 weeks for production and delivery. Jewelry that is in stock will usually be processed within 48 hours, then shipped to arrive within 7 business days.

Once your package has shipped, we will send your tracking information via email provided upon checkout so you know when your order will arrive. You can also Track Your Order via our online portal.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. To ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime (and beyond), your Penny Preville jewelry is covered by a warranty valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will happily cover any damages due to manufacturing and material flaws within that time frame. Simply message us on our Contact Us page and we’ll make things right.
Note that your warranty does not apply to items that have been tampered with, repaired or worked on by third party jewelers. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding the life cycle of your product.
